OMAD day 6
Day 5 became a splurge day, one that I regretted quite a lot, becase we went to an indian restaurant, which was ohmygod so delicious, and later on continued to Maan coffe and had chocolate waffles with hot chocolate. I regreted that today. Even though I was throwing up a little bit after the condensed milk, I was still super hungry, which got me into a of a bad mood. Thankfully, I just went running after getting home, which always help to lift my mood. Then I ate 2 apples and waited an hour before I ate noodles. Managed to eat slower, much slower, and able to pace myself, even though I was eating in front of the computer... Part of me just wants to dive in and finish the eating, but I noticed the slower I ate, the more calm I am, the faster I get full and more controlled in the whole process... And I get to enjoy the food for longer...Wonder if todays was so hard for a specific reason, maybe because i was mixing carbs with protein and fat so much, or if it’s just ‘one of those days’. Right now I’m getting some of the mushrooms back, showing that I probably ate a bit too much in terms of volume...But that’s ok, I can see improvement. around 7-8/10 when it came to stopping to eat at the correct time. Overall find the OMAD youtube videos very motivating, my biggest dream is to get a nice clear skin, hoping that will level out with OMAD. My acne is most likely due to hormons, but maybe fasting will help? As of now, my skin is very dry for some reason... I don’t know if it’s the excessive washing or what, but will keep this blog updated.
