Today at mixed netball I managed to jump at the same time as the small dainty girl marking me, an carry her up on my back/shoulder with out realising till I landed and felt her slide off my back onto the ground. So I guess those squats and calf raises are really paying off. I did feel horrible, but she was ok with it she said she half jumped onto my back anyway :P
