My Little Brother Scammed Me

When I was a little, I was obsessed with the show Max and Ruby. My favorite game to play was pretending to be Max and Ruby, which meant I wanted my own little brother to play Max.

He didn’t like it as much as I did, so I bribed him with money. It wasn’t a lot of money, but a kid is happy to have any money at all.

However, our mom recently informed me that my brother liked the game as much as I did but pretended not to because he knew that I would bribe him. I think he was five or six then.
