So September was a little rough on me. Life threw some curve balls my way and I fell off the wagon a bit.. But that's okay! . I decided to do an "October reset"! Made it to the gym today and eat well. Damn starting over or getting back on track, whatever we want to call it is incredibly hard! I absolutely do feel better at the end of a good day. Getting back on the Wagon

Got an email saying that I hadn’t touched my Tumblr in a while and they wanted to release my username.  I thought I would give it one more chance and get back on the wagon.  Hopefully I will be able to keep up with my posts....

#1: MIA

I'm starting my fitness journey yet again after a little break. I went a little off track the last three weeks and its made me lose motivation to update my tumblr and instagram. I know I wasn't meant to make any excuses but I did. I started a new job and let's just say it was tough both physically and emotionally that when I was meant to hit the gym after work, I didn't have the energy to go because I had to face the same thing again tomorrow. Anyways... that's over so time to get motivated, hit the gym, burn some fat and grow some muscle. I've lost weight from not going to the gym the last three weeks but its the weight from my muscles melting away :(

Yeah..my pants ripped...

As I sat down to put on some makeup today before work (I don't do mine in a mirror, I am more comfortable doing mine on the floor from four years of having to do it anywhere being in colorguard/winterguard) and I felt something weird..and then I could see my thigh...where my pants material is supposed to be...it is really time for me to get back on this weight loss deal again. I can't afford to buy more pants, and I'm not using my long saved up pile of gift cards to buy bigger pants.... I really need to do it this time..
