Oh you know.. Just living my best life and showing you all that I'm still #Healing I'm sure you all seen posts and memes on how healing always doesn't look like this or that. I can only tell you how I'm healing from my year of 2020. When I'm crying, I'm not healing. Im still hurting. When I have no desire to get dress or get out the house, Im not healing. I'm depressed. How I process my healing is making decision and deciding to stop playing victim although It's hard to get out of the victim role especially during depression so I applaud those who get up and try to put forth the effort daily. #MyHealing consist of #GettingBackToMo and how that looks is doing things that makes me happy, so I started with a list of all the things that makes me happy, See next slide. And based off that list I begin to take actionable steps to see if that will change my mood. and since the year started, I've been on retreats, Ive traveled, eaten out, hiked, I'm slowly doing all the things that makes me happy.
