What's New:

This version brings fully optimized spawners, so animals now appear much more efficiently! The best part? It's 100% compatible with Smooth Patch, meaning no more CAS issues or lag. While I may still need to tweak a few small details, the mod is ready to enhance your virtual worlds starting today!

How to Install:

Main Files:

Place the file "GetWildMod & OceanLifeMod Override Folder (Math Mod)" in the Mods/Overrides directory.

Place both "GetWildMod and OceanLifeMod Animals Package File (Math Mod)" and "GetWildMod Spawner Package File (Math Mod)" in the Mods/Packages directory.

Optional Addons:

For additional features, you can also install the three optional addons:

GetWildMod Addon 1 - Enhanced Butterflies spawns Wildlife too!

GetWildMod Addon 2 - Enhanced Will-o'-the-wisp Butterflies spawns Wildlife too!

GetWildMod Addon 3 - Enhanced Fireflies spawns Wildlife too!All optional addons should be placed in the Mods/Packages directory as well.Important: If your PC doesn’t have a lot of memory, I recommend not installing all optional addons at once to avoid performance issues.

Get Wild & Ocean Life MOD Version 2.1 Trial

Hello nature lovers and marine life enthusiasts!

I am thrilled to share the LATEST TRIAL VERSION of GetWildMOD and OceanLifeMOD 2.1. This is the final trial version before the official release, so don't miss out!

What is this mod?

This mod combines two exciting projects into one, offering enhanced sound and visual effects. Now, beetle spawners in your game also spawn birds, mammals, amphibians, new insects, and much more! Additionally, sailboat effects in your world will now spawn whales, dolphins, seals, sea turtles, saltwater crocodiles, and other sea creatures. What's new in this update:

- *Accelerated spawn rates:* Animals now appear more frequently in your game.

- *Increased sea animal spawns:* Sailboats in your world will now attract more sea animals, creating a richer, more dynamic environment.

How to test:

1. *Remove previous versions:* Delete all files from earlier test versions to ensure the new update functions smoothly.

2. *New OPTIONAL Addons:* Update of my old mod versions allow insects to fly more freely, and ALSO serving as spawners for both ground and flying animals, thus populating your map with more wildlife.

*ATTENTION:* These addons increase the number of animal spawns, requiring a PC with good processing power. If you have an older PC, use only one addon. If your PC is powerful, feel free to use all addons without worry!

GetWildMod Addons:

- *Addon 1:* Enhanced Butterflies - spawns additional wildlife!

- *Addon 2:* Enhanced Will-o'-the-wisp Butterflies - spawns additional wildlife!

- *Addon 3:* Enhanced Fireflies - spawns additional wildlife!

Get Wild Mod by MathModder (In Progress)

What you need to know:

This mod introduces wild animals into your game map that spawn naturally in beetle spawners. It includes birds, small mammals, amphibians, more insects and reptiles in nature zones. Birds can fly and land in random locations and ground animals can be seen walking around the map.

You can choose ONE from various versions that best suit your world. Select the version that spawns specific animals suitable for your World's location.

Here's a list of potential versions that will be included in the mod:

All Wildlife (City World)*

All Wildlife (Medieval / Country town)**

American Wildlife (City World)*

American Wildlife (Medieval / Country town)**

European Wildlife (City World)*

European Wildlife (Medieval / Country town)**

African Wildlife (City World)*

African Wildlife (Medieval / Country town)**

Eastern Wildlife (City World)*

Eastern Wildlife (Medieval / Country town)**

*Versions for cities will have additional specific effects that help create a more beautiful environment for your city, such as planes in the sky, fireworks, sunshine rays during the day, and sky lanterns for the All Wildlife and Eastern Wildlife version. **Versions for Medieval/Country towns will feature additional specific effects to enhance the beauty of your world, including hot air balloons in the sky, sunshine rays during the day, and more.

These additional effects mentioned above will appear rarely and randomly in your world.

Can I place individual animals in specific locations, such as on rocks or tables?

In a future update after launch, this function will be added, for now they will only spawn where there is a beetle spawner. Ground animals on the ground and birds in the air.

Is the mod heavy to run?

Within the game I am optimizing it so that a small number of animals spawn at the same time and only spawn at a maximum distance of 500 meters from the player's camera.

How many files will there be?

Because there are many animals and specific animations for each one, the files will be heavy, will be a maximum of 2 to 3 files. In tests in my game with 150 other mods from other creators, I didn't see any loss of performance due to the optimization I'm doing within the game.

It is worth mentioning that some files will need to be placed in the Overrides folder and others in the Packages folder, they will all be specified at launch.

Is this mod compatible with other effect mods?

Yes, it will be compatible.

Bugs:

Depending on the location, there may be some bugs such as birds landing in the air or animals walking a little above the ground, this is due to calculation problems on certain game surfaces and physics, whether hills or mountains, but over time I will update and see What can I do to reduce this. In this case I depend on the engine the game has and whether it is possible to correct certain errors.

Between January and February 2024 (It is in the testing phase)

Brother. I love your get wild and ocean life mod it really looks so fantastic. I already installed it for like one week now but It seem like any animal does not spawn in the world or any world. I place the files correctly with your mod instructions override flie to override folder and package to package folder. I wonder why? Or because my game is a 1.67 version? Please clarify me brother I really want to play your mod so badly. Thank you for reading this and sorry for my english 😂

Relax! I don't think it's a version compatibility issue; perhaps your world doesn't have enough insect spawners. Try placing 20 random insect spawners on a lot to see if they appear in 24 hours in game. If they don't, send me a screenshot of the mods and override folders so I can take a look. Anyway, I'll be posting a new update for this mod soon that improves the spawn method and includes new features.

Get Wild & Ocean Life Test Phase Version 2.0

Hello, nature lovers and marine life enthusiasts! I'm excited to share with you the new testing version of GetWildMOD & OceanLifeMOD, bringing some significant updates.

What's New:

In this version, we've achieved a 100% optimization of the spawners. Now, you'll see animals appearing in a much more optimized way, and the exciting news is, it now works with Smooth Patch!!! No more CAS problems and lag. Of course, I still need to make some small adjustments, but if everything goes well this month, the mod will be released!!!

How to Test:

Remove Previous Versions: As this is a new release, it's crucial to delete all files from the previous testing version to ensure the proper functioning of this update.

Optional Addon: Replace Enhanced Butterflies Mod: If you have my Enhanced Butterflies mod installed, replace the files "Butterflies Merge 1 (Math Mod)", "Butterflies Merge 2 (Math Mod)", and "Glowy Butterfly (Math Mod)" with these three addon files: "Butterflies Merge 1 (GetWildMod Addon Math Mod)", "Butterflies Merge 2 (GetWildMod Addon Math Mod)", and "Glowy Butterfly (GetWildMod Addon Math Mod)".

Optinal Addon: Install Additional Files: Install the "Falling Leaves 1 (Math Mod)", "Falling Leaves 2 (Math Mod)", "Fog Merge (Math Mod)", and "Wind (Math Mod)" if you don't have them yet from the Enhanced Butterflies mod or other mods that I've made that include these same files.
