1. “Stay still.”
Ellie trying to sketch you while you sit across from her, but she keeps getting distracted—staring too long, forgetting to draw, mumbling “you moved” even when you didn’t. Eventually she just drops the pencil, crawls over, and kisses you instead. “You’re easier to memorize up close.”

2. Late Night Drive
Ellie picking you up at an ungodly hour with no explanation, dragging you into her car in sweatpants and a hoodie. No destination. Just empty roads, her hand on your thigh, and her softly singing along to songs she definitely doesn’t fully know. “I just wanted you with me.”

3. Hoodie Thief
You refusing to give her hoodie back, even when she’s standing there in a t-shirt complaining about being cold. She tries to act annoyed, but five minutes later she’s behind you, arms wrapped around your waist, face buried in the fabric. “Okay but now it smells like you so I’m keeping you instead.”

4. Study Session (that goes nowhere)
You trying to study while Ellie sits across from you, tapping her pencil, staring, sighing dramatically. “You’re distracting.”
“I’m literally reading.”
“Yeah, and it’s hot. Stop.”
You don’t get anything done.

5. After a Bad Day
Ellie shows up without texting, lets herself in like she belongs there (she does), finds you quiet, and doesn’t ask questions right away. Just sits next to you, nudges your shoulder, and pulls you into her side. “C’mere. You don’t gotta talk yet.”

6. First Snow
Ellie dragging you outside way too excited, immediately slipping on ice, then blaming you for laughing. Five minutes later she’s red-nosed, grinning, pulling you into her and pressing a freezing kiss to your cheek. “Totally worth it.”

7. Soft Morning
You wake up before her and just watch—her hair a mess, face relaxed, arm thrown over you like she’s guarding you in her sleep. The second you move, she tightens her grip and mumbles, “don’t go,” even though you weren’t.

8. Jealous Ellie (but trying not to be)
She’s quieter than usual, a little clingier, fingers hooked into your belt loop or sleeve. When you finally call her out, she shrugs, pretending it’s nothing. “…I just like you. A lot. And other people noticing that is… annoying.”

9. Kitchen Slow Dance
You’re cooking, music playing low, and Ellie just walks up behind you, turns off the stove, and pulls you into her. “Food can wait.” She sways with you barefoot on the tile, forehead pressed to yours like it’s the most natural thing in the world.

10. “Look at me.”
Ellie tilting your chin up gently when you’re overthinking, her voice softer than usual. “Hey. Look at me.” She waits until you do. “You’re okay. I’ve got you.” And she means it.
