Will Nancy find out about Billy and Stu?
Id say she already has her suspicions. She watched her son grow up with this kid, they met when Billy was too young to hide himself. At this point she's seen him losing his shit about Stu so many times but they always come back together, like she knows exactly how attached her son is.
She can also see how attached Stu is. She's seen him putting Billy first since the day they met, and shes the most toxic boy mom, anything less would be unacceptable to her. She strikes me as one of those weird misogynists that hates other women and as a result would hate any girl her son could date, so Stu also has a leg up by being a boy.
If anything I think she's just waiting for it to be confirmed.
