Aviation min grants rights to GMR to operate Hyderabad airport for 30 yrs
The Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) has granted rights to the GMR Group to operate the Hyderabad international airport for 30 more years, according to a statement issued on Wednesday.
Till date, the GMR Group had the rights to operate the Hyderabad airport till March 22, 2038. The airport was inaugurated on March 23, 2008.
The GMR Group's statement said the extension granted by the MoCA is in terms of the concession agreement that was signed between the MoCA and the GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL) on December 20, 2004.
GHIAL, a step-down subsidiary of GMR Infrastructure Limited (GIL), has received a letter of confirmation from the MoCA extending the term of the concession agreement for operating the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad for a further period of 30 years - from March 23, 2038 up to March 22, 2068, it said.
"The initial capacity of the airport was 12 million passengers per annum (MPPA), which went up to 21 MPPA in 2019 (pre-Covid)," it said.
The airport, at present, is undergoing major expansion, post which the capacity will get enhanced to 34 MPPA. The airport has 150,000 tons of cargo handling capacity per annum, the statement said.
The airport master plan has the flexibility to increase the ultimate capacity to over 100 MPPA in phases, it said.

Finally have made art of Carmen and Ghial because I love these two so much. For those who didn’t read my fics from before, this is my half-elf Carmen and her half-orc bf Ghial
This is a take on a modern AU with Carmen and Ghial. Hope you guys enjoy this!

Ghial slowly stopped the car as he stepped out of the car and looked at the large house nearby. Carmen stepped out and noticed her boyfriend’s anxious expression before she approached him. She placed her hand on his arm, which brought his attention to her and had to look down to see her face.
“I know you’re nervous to meet everyone but they’ll love you.”
“I can’t help it, knowing how big your mom’s side I feel like I’m going to get overwhelmed.”
“Then we can share being overwhelmed by them together. They haven’t seen me in a long time either.”
Carmen smiled at her boyfriend as she helped him straighten out his shirt. Tonight was the night that Ghial would be having dinner with her family. Everyone in the Daramire family finally reached a day they could all have a big dinner. Even her father’s schedule at the university was finally clear enough for him to come, proven so by the car with the obvious bumper sticker for the college parked further up the driveway.
She slowly reached down for his hand, which nearly encased hers, she pulled them towards the front door. She reached the stairs of the porch when she got an idea and quickly turned to the taller man. He was about to ask why she stopped until she learned forward and gave him a chaste kiss. Still holding hands, she press hers further into his palm.
“Everything’s going to be alright, okay?”
“Yeah, okay.”
One more kiss was had before the smaller girl turned and knocked on the door. A few seconds later before they were bombarded by Carmen’s younger relatives and were eagerly pushed inside for the large dinner awaiting inside.
A bit late but here was prompt 8. It’s not much of using the actual prompt but I might as well keep the writing train going.

Ghial had already been told ahead of time that his “favorite customer” had come back. When working to pay off a debt at a brothel, that usually went in two directions. Thankfully for the half-orc, this was on the good end of the spectrum. The doors to the private room opened to reveal the familiar face of Carmen.
However he noticed her looking a little exhausted, her hair frazzled and her clothes scuffed up. She looked up and gave a tired smile before she closed the door. Ghial scooted over to give the half-elf girl more room on the bed as she let herself fall onto it. She let out a groan, pulling herself so she was properly laying her head against the pillow.
“Rough time?”
She turned her head to look up at half-orc and gave him a little nod before tucking her arms under the pillow.
“I had to do a literal dungeon crawl… Like I was literally the only one who could go through a crawlspace in a dungeon to get it done! My back is killing me and honestly this place’s beds are better than the other place the others are staying in.”
Ghial laughed, recalling the other time Carmen mentioned it. In all honesty how they met wasn’t even for the service he was “supposed” to provide. With that debt on him, and the barkeep not letting him be a bouncer, he had to settle being one of brothel workers. Though in the month he had started there, no one wanted to really get together with a half-orc.
The first customer that actually came and paid was Carmen. Though she wasn’t even looking for a one-night stand, rather information he had about the nearby monastery since he was the only monk around. He thought she’d leave after getting the information but she had already heard about her debt from the barkeep.
She didn’t have much gold on her to fix his debt but she could at least get him started. Even after that, Carmen decided to stay the night, saying that after feeling the bed, she preferred it over the tavern her group was staying the night. So they talked, learned more about each other, and after more visits, grew closer.
Now here she was, exhausted from a stressful adventure, lying beside him. Ghial made a suggestion and Carmen was quick to accept. A few minutes later, she was putty in his hands as he began to massage her back, her shirt pulled up just enough for her back to be exposed. Her face was in a state of bliss as she let out a moan.
“Mmm. If you offered massages like these, you’d have your debt done in no time.”
“You think so? I may keep it as VIP-only club.”
With the stress fading away, Carmen turned her head as she gave him a coy smile.
“What’s it take to be a VIP then?”
Ghial chuckled at the banter, getting the last of the knots he could sense.
“Well helping me with the last of my debt has given you one.”
Upon hearing that, the half-elf girl’s eyes widened. When she felt his hands pull away, she sat back up, pulling her shirt back down, looking at him with surprise.
“You finally have enough to cover all of it? That’s wonderful.”
“And it’s thanks to you, Carmen. This place was okay but I want to get back out there and help people.”
She nodded in understanding, before bouncing off her knees and pulling him down on the bed. Once they were both settled, Carmen made her way into a comfortable position and laid her head against his chest.
“Then let’s enjoy this bed while we still can.”
Ghial nodded in response, he brought his arms around to hold her close to his body as sleep slowly took them.

If you saw my day 3 prompt, you may have seen my half-orc buddy of Carmen. This is sorta a backstory of what he and Carmen were implying

Ghial sat in this bar/brothel, trying to block out the noise. He honestly had no interest with the more intimate services this place had but it was the only few places in this town that seemed tolerant to half-orcs. Which he understood, to an extent.
He knew what he was getting into when he left the monastery, but he wanted to help people directly. The half-orc monk was thankful for the people who took him in when he was a street-rat as a kid and promised he would visit when he had time.
He was going to take another drink when he heard one of the waitresses yelling. He turned over and saw that one of the more irritable customers had grabbed the girl’s wrist and did not let go. He looked around and saw one of the bouncers approach the harasser but when the guard made an attempt to grab at him, the harasser had pulled out a wand and fired a magic missile that knocked the other man back.
“Shit…”
The sudden show of magic scared many of those nearby yet gave the waitress the moment to let go. The human wizard started making threats and the half-orc wasn’t going to stand for this longer. As the drunkard gloated he failed to see the larger being move behind him. When the human felt a tap on his shoulder, he turned and saw a fist approach him.
Surprisingly, the wizard was rather proficient at fighting even while inebriated, but soon was knocked out by the monk. While Ghial slowly went down from his high, the bartender came over to him.
“Thanks for that. Bloke would’ve hurt more than I wanted. There is a problem though.”
“What?”
“Your little scuffle with him kinda caused some collateral damage… and I don’t think what you have on you can cover it.”
Ghial looked down and knew that his coin pouch was on the light side lately. He scratched the back of his head sheepishly and spoke.
“What do you need me to do?”
“Well… usually I would have people work part-time here but I can’t let ya be a bouncer. No offense, what you did was great and we could use more muscle! But with how some of the people in this town are, business won’t be great if you’re out there scaring them for who you are. I need customers to pay the bills.”
Ghial sighed, having a feeling that he was going to be in this place for a while.
