OK SO. FUN FACT!

Ghost didn't have an actual keyboard player (the real Air Ghoul) until February 2011.

at Ghost's first 5 live performances, the keyboard part used a backing track.

at Ghost's first-ever live performance in Würzburg, Germany (October 23, 2010), there is a person wearing a Ghoul uniform standing at a keyboard, but this Ghoul is only pretending to play the keyboard, and is kind of pushed back into a corner so people don't really look at him. 😂

i have named him False Air.

there's a specific interview I'm looking for and I'm starting to wonder if I imagined it. Cardinal era, Nihil and Copia were in character, and Nihil was casting aspersions on Cardi's masculinity and in general being a shit Dad before the Dad reveal. Do you know if that exists or did I have a fever dream?

you may be thinking of the Special Sermon with Papa Nihil and Sister Imperator. Cardi was not there, but they talked about him.

I’m curious, do you know if Tobias did the low backing vocals in cmls or not? I always assumed it was another backing vocalist but some people are saying it is Tobias and I couldn’t find anything about it

as i understand it, he did.

the album credits for IMPERA list the choir / additional vocalists for Twenties, Darkness At The Heart of My Love, and Respite On The Spitalfields. there are no additional vocalists credited for Call Me Little Sunshine.

who did the cover art for skeletá??

Zbigniew M. Bielak, also known within the Ghost lore as the character named Bishop Necropolitus Cracoviensis II.

he also did the cover art / album illustrations for Infestissumam, Meliora, Popestar, Prequelle, and IMPERA. he's also designed some of the backdrops and stage pieces for Ghost.

Do you know the timeline of the Unholy Unplugged tour? Why in some videos there's 2 ghouls and in some there's 3?

Unholy/Unplugged was a short tour of acoustic sets played at record stores in the United States in August 2015. the dates:

Silver Platters - Seattle, Washington, USA (August 18, 2015)

Amoeba Music - Los Angeles, California, USA (August 20, 2015)

Zia Record Exchange - Phoenix, Arizona, USA (August 21, 2015)

The Sound Garden - Baltimore, Maryland, USA (August 22, 2015)

Rough Trade - New York, New York, USA (August 23, 2015)

there were only 2 Nameless Ghouls present for the Unholy/Unplugged tour; Omega and Alpha.

other videos you may have seen where there are 3 Ghouls playing acoustic guitar at live shows from 2015-2016 are of other performances that were not part of Unholy/Unplugged
