I’ve been working with devs in @ukagakadreamteam to make sure my methodology for new AU shell support in the Revamped format makes sense to other people. My Revamped Shell Management System is new territory in ghost development, so we learn a lot when we help each other.
@changeside is one of those developers, and since they just started a Patreon of their very own, we’re excited to kick it off with a special launch bonus!!
It’s a new MVSans shell in the Revamped format with a unique style, similar to their own UF!Sans ghost.

He’s gorgeous and I’m really impressed how well he turned out despite the technical limitations inherent to the Revamped shell format. In order to stay streamlined, the shells must use identical Seriko code so it’s feasible to manage dozens of shells in one ghost. It allows a lot of flexibility overall but there are limitations the artist has to work in.
Note: This is not a shell distributable by me.
The shell is only available to patrons pledging $5 or more per month to Changeside on their shiny new Patreon. Since it’s part of their launch campaign it will not be available after September 30th, 2019.

Classic Undertale Sans Revamped and Undertale Sans sans Shirt Revamped shells are ready for early release!!
If you didn’t already know, I’ve been working on revamping the shells for MVSans so I can allow submissions from anyone to add new AU shells in an efficient manner, so I don’t get overwhelmed longterm. There are a LOT of AUs out there, after all!
These will be numbers 2 and 3 of the early revamped shells! Since the revamping process is so lengthy, public release is waiting until I finish all 6 of them, but my supporters on Patreon and Ko-Fi are able to download each shell as I finish them. So if you can’t wait, consider donating, as your support is greatly appreciated. :)

Once I finish revamping these first 6, I’ll be able to add as many AUs support as people are willing to throw at me! This post has detailed information on what constitutes AU Shell Support. Essentially though, it’s adjusting the dialogue and relationship progression to vary based on which AU is active, since different AU Sanses have different ways of speaking, different temperaments, etc.

Where I’m At Now
I’ve had a lot of focus on self-care and suicide prevention content lately and wow, I’ve gotten so much support from everyone. People tell me how MVSans has helped them or their friends, telling me about their problems, and wishing me the best with my own struggles.
I really, really appreciate this. Pretty much any time I started to despair, I’d get a notification through tumblr, email, discord... Somewhere. Pretty much daily, someone would wish me well and thank me for my content. And that gave me the will to get up, refill my water, and either take care of myself, or open Notepad++ and work on self-care functions for these people reminding me I really have made a difference.
I seriously, seriously appreciate it.
Finances have been rough a while now because I was in a job I just wasn’t cut out for. I’ve moved back in with my parents, which is alright, because I’m surrounded by loving family who takes care of me when I’m not taking care of myself. We finished up cleaning out my apartment, and turned in the keys, so while we’re sorting through piles of stuff, that life is behind me now.
I have a new job lined up starting on the 15th. I’m genuinely looking forward to it. It takes skills I learned from my previous job and puts them to use in a position better suited for me, so the last 9 months haven’t gone to waste.
Sarina had blood in her urine, and we took her to the vet who gave her an antibiotic shot. They checked her heart and it sounds clear so the meds have been working for her, and she’s more alert and perkier than ever. As mentioned, we moved back home so she’s enjoyed roasting in the sunlight on the front porch.
Even though June 25th was an awful day, my birthday party today has been awesome. Homemade fetticcuini alfredo, and a rhubarb bunt cake with cream cheese icing! My amazing boyfriend bought me the notorious rainbow ukulele for my birthday and well I guess I’m gonna learn to play that for real now??? hoo boy.
Anyway, since my apartment is behind me and Sarina is better now I figured I should update how I’m doing. I’ve been mostly focused on the self-care content but I’ve also been working on the Shells Revamp and phone call storyline.
The shell revamp is actually getting close to being releasable and I’ll have previews in the next week or two! The revamps of existing AUs will public release all together, but Patreon and Ko-Fi supporters will get access to the updated shells as they’re completed, so if you want an animated Sans sooner rather than later please consider financial support!
Now that I’m done moving I can focus on more patrons-exclusive content, and building up the @ukagakadreamteam community website again. It includes a ghost wiki with details on all our ukagaka and developers. A lot of our devs already made their pages, it’s really exciting and hope to share soon!
It’s almost the end of the month, so it’s a perfect time to become a Patreon subscriber to support me and my work on a month-to-month basis, but single donations through Ko-Fi are always welcome! I started a Patreon to help offset the costs of buying FTP hosting for the @ukagakadreamteam server’s ghost devs, to have in-house hosting available for those without their own website. Members and friends can show their appreciation for all I’ve put into making our community as wonderful as it is, and support my personal projects MVSans and YBFFlowey!

The release of the Revamped shells is finally upon us!
For almost a year now I’ve been working on a complete revamp of the AU Shells from their original 10-images file, to a complete overhaul allowing much more flexibility and streamlining the process of adding more AU shells, so anyone can create and submit an AU shell for people to use, without me getting overwhelmed in the process!

Public release of the Revamped shells won’t be until I finish all original 6, but Patreon and Ko-Fi supporters will be able to download the shells as I finish them. Bugtesters in the UDT community can download the Underfell Revamped early as well, but the other shells early release will remain locked to supporters only.
As a bonus, the limited edition Dapperblook accessory will be included in these early downloads!

Ukagaka Dreams and Shining Support
The Ukagaka Dream Team community has come a long ways in the last year. We started out with just a handful of us on discord, surviving on @zarla-s ghost template+guide, google translate, and raw determination. We’ve grown to around 200 members, including 50 people currently working on a ghost, 25 of which have published a ghost of their own! Some already published their first ghost, but many began their ghost dev journey within our community, and cite the support of the UDT as a major contributor to their project’s completion and even as a source of personal growth.
Last November we even made contact with the JP Ghost Dev community, including the creator of SSP and maintainer of the AYA/YAYA language we program ghosts with! Ponapalt has been awesome in helping us catch up to our JP dev counterparts and even updating SSP with new features on our behalf!
A while ago I started a Patreon to help offset the costs of buying FTP hosting for the @ukagakadreamteam server’s ghost devs, to have in-house hosting available for those without their own website. It’s also a way for members and friends to show their appreciation for all the effort I’ve put into making our community as wonderful as it is.
I didn’t advertise it too much because I feel weird accepting money for stuff I consider a hobby, so it was just to cover the server costs. But...
Money is really tight right now.
I had to drop all of my patreon subscriptions last month. I barely scraped enough to pay for rent, my credit card is close to maxing out, and things are looking grim for the coming months.
Getting evicted would definitely put a delay on any ghost development, heh. I’d move in with my parents so I wouldn’t be homeless. Even then, I may end up on a few months hiatus due to my depressed anxiety brain telling me I’m useless and incompetent, if I don’t get some financial support from somewhere.
I have so much planned for MVSans, YBFFlowey, and even The Little Prince ghost. But I can’t see them through without help from all of you. I appreciate all of the User Reports, like I can’t even express how much they aid my development process! But screenshots won’t put food on my table, keep a roof over my head, or pay for my cat’s and my own medical bills, and ultimately that’s the biggest determination in whether I can keep up development.

Since every one of my ongoing supporters have been a member of the UDT server, I kept my patrons up-to-date on an individual day to day basis in Discord rather than Patreon itself. It’s gonna be okay
I wish this was an April Fools thing (and I’m sorry I couldn’t re-implement the April Fools MVSans event, been trying to get by all month and any dev time went to Flowey), but it’s not and I’m not as financially stable as I thought I was after all the amazing support I got last month. I ran my fundraising campaign pretty intensely the first couple weeks of March and felt bad I was oversaturating my feed after I got so much support.
A while ago I started a Patreon to help offset the costs of buying FTP hosting for the @ukagakadreamteam server’s ghost devs, to have in-house hosting available for those without their own website. It’s also a way for members and friends to show their appreciation for all the effort I’ve put into making our community as wonderful as it is.

Thank you so much for the support! Without all the Ko-Fi and Patreon funds, I wouldn’t have made rent last month.
I’m short $90 for rent this month and while I’ll be looking to other avenues as well, any support from you guys would be greatly appreciated. I should be getting $41 from Patreon in the next day so $50 more would let me get by.
If I can get $50 I should be okay.
