Ghost in the Code

Dean practically vibrated in his seat on the train. He kept hitting Sam's arm and pointing at things out of the window and talking at a million miles a minute. Westworld. They were actually going to Westworld! He never ever ever thought that he would be lucky enough to get here. Ever. Dean was a bit of a Western movie buff. If by 'a bit' you meant 'has seen literally every single one he can get his hands on a million times.' And now he could basically be in one! As the hero, of course. He had the white hat to prove that. He wondered how it would compare to the day he'd spent in the actual Old West and voiced as much to Sam, but didn't give him a moment to respond before he was onto the next topic.
Sam wasn't nearly as enthused as his brother. He was excited, certainly. He'd been intrigued by the hosts since he'd learned about them in school and he definitely wanted to see how this place ticked. But Dean was on a whole other level of excitement and Sam was vacillating between annoyance and fondness. Dean didn't get this very often, so he didn't say anything.
When they got off the train, though, and Dean looked like he wanted to run in every direction at once like a kid at Disney, Sam figured he needed to get him to focus.
"Remember, Dean, we're here on a hunt," Sam said. One of the programmers had hunting connections, had contacted Bobby about it. 'A ghost in the code,' she'd said, but that could have been anything. What clinched it was some disturbing freak accidents and unexplained sightings from some of the laborers who were excavating part of the park for a new narrative. She'd somehow finagled things so that she could get Sam and Dean in to check it out, the best way would be to get them to pose as guests.
"Uh-huh, yeah..." Dean said as if he hadn't heard a word Sam had said. He spotted a host that looked something like Steve McQueen and made a beeline towards him.
"Howdy, partner," he said, tipping his hat and working really hard on sounding at least somewhat serious.
Sam followed after him with a huff. Dean wasn't going to be able to focus, was he? Well, at least Sam would get to see the hosts at work.
