This year Qingming Festival falls on 4th April 2020. Normally, we would have visited the temple to pray to our ancestors but due to Covid-19, places of worship were closed to public. Mum bought food and Joss Papers (金纸) to offer to the ancestors.

Braised Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Fish Ball Soup was the menu today which later became food for our lunch.

I'm still laughing that the biggest scare I ever got on a Halloween was my bank depositing a bonus into my account today without warning, leaving me to panic when it popped up in my transaction history.
