Happy Halloween!

Eating clean around this time of year is so difficult with all the sweets around! It's a nice idea to find clean alternatives of such calorific yummy snacks which are equally as festive and delicious! How adorable are these Ghost Pops?

I was inspired by a photograph I saw on Miss Guided yesterday and decided to make up a batch of my own!

All you need: * Makes Six 3 Bananas 1 tsp Honey 6 Cocktail Sticks 1 cup Warm Water 18 Raisins 1 cup Shredded Coconut

Firstly, peel your bananas. Cut them in half width-wise and put them in the freezer for 3-5 hours! Once they are frozen fully, you can take them out.

In a mug, mix together one teaspoon of honey with a cup of warm water. Allow the honey to dissolve. This will be used to coat the banana to aid the coconut to stick better.

On a clean surface, sprinkle out your Coconut ready to roll your bananas on!

Poke your cocktail sticks in the ends of each piece of banana and coat each piece in your honey mixture. You can use a brush to do this; it makes it easier than drizzling! Then roll your banana in the coconut and press lightly to make it stick.

Once you have done this, you now need to make the eyes and mouth of the ghost! Poke two small raisins into the top of the banana, followed by one slightly larger raisin - the more oval the better!

There you have it - your super sweet, super clean banana Ghost Pops! They are the perfect treat for this Halloween, enjoy!
