10. How do you decide what to write?
Honestly, when I need a particular itch on my brain scratched. Sometimes the "I can't find this fic to read so I'll write it myself" or "I like this concept but what if I did it like this instead" or even "I like the way this author writes and I want to try something out in a style similar to theirs".
On that last one: @softest-punk and @avelera have been the two I've drawn the most inspiration from. They must be sick of me on their DMs by now lol
26. Would you rather write a fic that had no dialogue or one that was only dialogue?
I've written no dialogue before (Golden Hour and Daisy Chains), so I guess I'd rather do that, but only dialogue seems interesting and I'm always up for trying out new formats!
29. What songs would be (or are) on a playlist for May Dream? Explain your choices if you want!
Ooooooh you really shouldn't have asked me that because playlist making is how I live and breathe lol
Here's a few songs I think fit May Dream (under the cut or else this post will take up a lot of space on the dash)
This song is my go-to Dreamling song for fluffy, soft moments. I love it (and the whole album is fucking banger after banger okay)
I'm a pop music girlie, and this is very much Dreamling falling in love for me.
This one feels especially relevant to the "fishbowl rescue" part, and Hob's relief in being able to get Dream out, but sometimes still thinking on the "what ifs".
This speaks LOUDLY of Dream's mindset for his recovery period when things get rough, and I think it's relevant to his imprisonment too.
Another one from Ashe, but this one is honestly so so SO good. I could keep adding these here lol.
On learning to forget if forgiveness is not on the table, on moving on from the things that hurt and finding love somewhere else.

It's difficult to say what inspires me most, but if I had to pick just one thing, it would be human interaction, be it fictional or real. Reading the subtext in conversations between people, trying to understand motives, how someone's life can influence how they see the world... and how a whole universe clashes with another universe when two people interact.
As for what I do, I write, be it music or fiction :)

mostly cloudy and cool. like the cusp of fall and only the occasional peak of sunshine.

probably a tie between moonstone and labradorite. i always have both of them on my person in the form of rings.

choosing songs that describe me feels a little daunting, so i'll just list songs that have made me unwell recently: the foundations of decay by mcr, ordinary loss by health, trust by urban heat, iron gate by faetooth, and crick by mercury.
53. what is the current state of your hands?
dry, because it's baby winter in the humid state of florida, and callused, because i've been playing a lot of bass lately and i'm also very rough with my hands lol.

the way you and grey both asked the same thing... i would say writing, singing, song composition, and hand embroidery.
