Hikaru stepped backward. Time was against her, the sun was down, and her suit was out of energy. She had left it charging in her room. She was in civilian wear, heading back to the dorms after a movie with a support class friend. Her friend was meeting someone else, so Hikaru decided to take the chance and walk home alone. What a terrible idea this was... Her back met the wall as she watched the man approach her with a knife slowly. "I... I don't have any money if that's what you want." She says softly, her orange curls brushing against her shoulders. She could get away; there were still several ways she could escape. She could... Oh... If she used up her stockpiled energy, she could fly out of here...

She nearly screamed when she saw the blue flames. Her panic around fire quirks made sense. They burst out in front of her, burning the man who had pushed her down the alleyway. Her arms wrap around her middle as she watches the flames consume her attacker. Fuyumi turns only to see blue eyes. The words that escape her lips is the name of her brother. "Touya?" She whispers, trying to swallow as she took in the appearance of the man before her. No... Yes... No... Had he saved her for a reason? Why? Was he going to kill her too?

you attract: hunger

hasty fingers that run down your back as their lips make contact against your skin; feeling lightheaded as traces of "i love you"s make their way down your body; breathing in sensation and breathing out fear. you attract hunger. you are afraid of the unknown, so you dive straight into it. you fear the feeling of being alone, so you seek out those who give you ease and love and thrill even if it may not be the thing that you need. give yourself a moment to breathe, my dear. you still have more to explore. once hunger is quenched, you're allowed to stay. don't feel the rush of leaving. the adrenaline you get from running away won't ever substitute for happiness. you are deserving of love, always. let yourself get it.

“This is absurd. I hope you know that. Nonetheless, It’ll take more than your pitiful threats to make me fear you and your little crew of thugs.” Tokage glared in frustration, his eyes glinting dangerously. “You're wasting your time," Tokage growled out, his fangs bearing. “I’m not going to tell you anything. I’m the Chief of Police not some lone rat you can shake down. If you aren't going to kill me I suggest you let me go now or you’ll regret it.”

Yuki is the white-haired and handsome oldest Anzai son. He's approximately 13 years older than Hikaru. He was 13 when she was born. He was never really close with her, out of the house, and moved on with his life by the time she was 5. At 18, he was over the idea of being a hero and started college to become a doctor. He's now 29 and a successful surgeon in his final year of residency in The United States.

Rika, the raven-haired middle child, never held any delusions of being a hero. She knew she had a night based quirk, and it wasn't very powerful anyway. She was 11 when Hikaru was born, their parent's surprise child. She's 11 years older than Hikaru and never made an effort to be close to her. Rika always saw her as her annoying little sister. When she turned 18, Hikaru was 7. She went to college for a moment but was discovered walking back to her dorms one day. She became a model, and now her face is on quite a few billboards.

Hikaru always wanted to be closer to them both. She tried, and sometimes still does. Hikaru will call her brother and ask him about work or ask her sister about modeling. Neither one of them give her too much to work with, but she continues to try.

𝐋𝐄𝐎 : confident in what they do, kill them with kindness, high ponytails, probably wants to visit paris once, not afraid to tell the truth, in love with cute animals, the one to lift others up, good at teamwork, the warm feeling of summer, dragons.
