Ford dies after somehow convicting Stan to take journal 1
No one ever found the body
Ford gets trapped in the mind scape
Fiddleford does notice Ford's missing, but he couldn't bring himself to investigate further
Ford finds a cursed ghost journal (don't ask) and continues to investigate anomalies, tho now he is one (well, more of one at least)
Ford tends to stay away from the town unless he's looking into an anomaly near there or if he's visiting the dusk 2 dawn
Overall, Ford is ok with how things played out, I mean, he wasn't exactly expecting to survive his... encounter with Bill cipher, but he's still not thrilled about the whole being dead thing, at least the world wasn't destroyed
40 years later, Mason (Dipper)decides to go to gravity falls to shoot an episode of his ghost hunting show cause there's been a lot of ghost sightings there
Mabel tags along because after Mason started his show, they haven't hanged out as much
Old man mcgucket still leaves in the dump and invited a high-tech wheelchair to help him get around (he's still as crazy as ever)
Soos works at a game store and works whatever odd jobs he can get to help his Abuelita (he never met melody)
Robbie is way less insecure after high school and stopped wearing his signature hoodie, he even has a baby sister now
Raven Valentino likes to wear Robbie's old hoodie (she thinks it makes her look cool)
Pacifica is still super snobby, and her family's mansion did burn down 10 years ago, but they just built a bigger one somewhere else
