6) What topic would you love to explore in your writing?

I think love to write... just like... happy established relationship stuff. I cannot for the life of me write fluff. It always ends up angsty?? Yeah would love to stop putting my favorite characters through the wringer every time I open Google Docs.

13) What feedback did you receive for your writing that stuck with you?

It's not necessarily a specific instance but anytime someone tells me a character or situation feels relatable, that always means a lot to me. Because I think that's what draws us to certain media, that relatability and connection, and it makes me happy if I can play any part in continuing that thread.

14) What is something that you feel weird/uncomfortable writing about?

I straight up cannot write smut asldkjfa;flkj the biggest of kudos to anyone who can but it's definitely not something I can translate onto the page.

17) Tell us a fun fact about your current WIP.

Oooooh okay so! This is for a character who's very smart and well-read, so it's been fun to dredge up memories of classical literature analysis from school or go down research rabbit holes of mythology or philosophy or poetry.

1) My friends!! Specifically the little group of best friends I made in college. I think the reason I love OBX so much is because it's the first time I've ever seen our dynamic on screen. We're like the reverse Pogues: found each other in college, not childhood; three girls, one guy; spend incessant amounts of time doing musical theater and other nerd shit instead of surfing

2) My dog because... LOOK AT HIM!!!!

3) Those magical moments when you're writing and it's like you're fueled by nothing but pure inspiration and the words keep flowing and suddenly you look up and your word count has doubled

4) My absurd collection of hyperfixations (from music to films to tv to books) and finding people to rant with them about ad nauseam

5) Any combination of truffle + cheese: truffle cheese fries, truffle mac n' cheese, truffle grilled cheese... give me ALL of it
