Short comic I made for the 2018 hourly comics festival a couple of months ago, probably about 5 hours work over the course of a day.

A commission piece, based on an original story by the commissioner. Comic pages for original stories are hands down my favorite kind of work.
The incident by which Hunter basically incited his own downfall.
He bought Cass, originally, on a spur of the moment decision born of lonliness. Initially, he just didn’t know what to do with him, or how to react to him. There was this moment of lucid realisation about what it meant to have y'know /bought another human being/, and then a great deal of uncomfortable silences. Eventually, after Commader drops by, Hunter reconciles the situation in treating Cass like crap to elicit less suspicion from his society. Over time, he gets a little too good at that whole treating Cass like crap part.
An older 2-page comic I wrote and drew a couple of months ago, about a baby dragon’s relationship with his mother as he finds his own identity.
