Frank, what do you think humans need?
People need . . . empathy?
From the Latin, "to feel inwardly," empathy is your ability to recognize and understand the thoughts, emotions, intentions and perspectives of others. However, empathy is more than that. It's your ability to be sensitive to and understand the needs and feelings of others.
. . . sensations?
Think of how you might feel if someone punched you in the back of the head or you had a terrible itch in an uncomfortable place. This is the kind of mind-blowing complexity that makes human sensation truly amazing.
. . . fresh air?
Living in a polluted city or on top of a mountain can give you a different experience of fresh air. Have you ever breathed in the fresh air of a mountain camp? When you breathe in that fresh air, do you feel revived and rested?
. . . moving around?
Providing movement (for example, physical movement as in exercise, or mental movement such as a vacation to a different environment) is important.
