I wonder if I have the first one? Bc I run incredibly hot but my limbs are constantly FREEZING/falling asleep esp my fingers legs & nose
@ghostpunx The main symptoms are: Having a lack a circulation that leads to unnatural coldness in primarily the hands and feet, but extend to the nose, lips, and nipples. This coldness is independant of your body, and can cause freezing cold hands while needing to remove a coat due to overheating.
When re-heating the extremities quickly, it can cause a sharp, tingling or burning pain(I get this when I step into a hot shower).
This physically shows up as paleness in the areas, with possible red blood splotches. Basically itll look like its cold, which it is.
Its a hereditary condition primarily that effects mainly women in areas that have a cold climate(I live in new york and we got several feet of snow 2 winters ago so thatll tell you). Hope this helps! You can do more research if you think this applys to you, and feel free to PM me about it
