when Mewtwo asked Ghosttwo about what happened to his arm where the duct tape was, most likely either he would have been in fear or sympathy

Duct tape can't fix everything- getting real medical treatment is good.

Also I added the 'Celebi of AUs' so when you see the shiny Celebi, it means it's an AU where this happens to avoid confusion ^v^
