I... really thought I had this one. Like, I'm genuinely running out of ideas on how I could be doing the war against Chrysalis better.
I honestly feel like I did everything right, but... instead, just one infantry platoon of hers is enough to overpower six of my platoons -a combination of heavy tanks, light tanks, and infantry- and I just don't know how it is that I constantly get overwhelmed like this. And this isn't even getting into the fact that the Changeling forces move just that much quicker than my own.
Again, I reiterate; I am still enjoying the fact that I'm apparently so bad that I seem to get swept away like a leaf trying to be a dam, but I'm just getting more flummoxed at this point. Like, should I be holding the defensive line further back from the border? Let Chryssy stretch herself thin trying to get to me? But then what's the point of those national focuses up to Preemptive Strike, that build forts along the border? To I really need to hold off until I can start building tanks with flamethrowers to mow down infantry? That'll only be ready by the time Chrysalis is ready to declare war, though, so I dunno...
A shame, too. This playthrough was honestly the most interesting, with Sombra returning just as Luna put through her reforms.
Well, Take 15 is done, and at least it was more interesting that number 14 (I tried New Mareland. Did not feel confident I would survive since it was 1009 and my army could probably fit on the head of a nail). I'm feeling confident enough that I can probably get off of Recruit difficulty, but what nation do I choose? Perhaps one of the other Zebrican nations.

I don't typically do canon and canon character relationships because it's... weird. Not in a bad way, but some of the ships just don't make any personal sense to me. So I won't be doing that. (I'm sorry to any of you out there-. I'm not trying to be mean i swear. 😭)
I can comfortably do canon and original character. Thats what I'm most used to.
Original character and original character is... definitely rusty on my part. I'm not looking for that on my end. (sorry again 😭)
I can, however, roleplay with same gender relationships if you do decide to go with that on your part. I support those of you that get together with same gender people :).
Playing canon characters myself may not be completely accurate. Please bear with me-. I will try, but I will probably put my head-cannons in there.

... And also because i genuinely don't know how to write smut so. If theres a private scene with our people doing that... its a good chance i may just fade it to black/do a timeskip.
I try to write like a story would. I prefer that kind of writing. I have, in the past, ended up doing one-liners because my past rp partners don't give me much to work with, unfortunately. I love big replies. I love reading your writing. I love reading what you put in front of my face, because its you.
On the topic of big replies-! I can definitely do a huge reply if i'm given stuff to work with. I can go over 1000 words, sometimes close to 2000 if im feeling antsy. I did do that just the other day with somebody else.
On that note, I do end up writing a lot for my first reply or start to a rp because, yes, i might get carried away, and i just... honestly love to write. All in all I like big replies. I like it when people give me more to work with than just what the character is doing. Give me the environment, give me the little details. PLEASE.
I also like logic and science. A lot, in roleplays. I like serious roleplays, and yes I do crack rps, but those don't last very long with me, and id like something that lasts.
I will likely be using a character called "Gelid". She's a female archdemon who i've also dubbed 'Scourge. I won't say too much about her here because that'd just make this post too long.

Here is an example of my writing in a roleplay!
Winter.
It's her favorite season.
Not for the holidays, not for the romance. She's not a fan of the holidays anyway. But instead for the weather and the scenery. How beautiful the land is when the snow stays untouched and undisturbed by footprints of humans or wild animals. How cold the weather is, when humans can see their breaths come out in puffs of air.
How dark the skies are even in the daytime, and how short the daylight time is.
"Dammit." Gelid muttered, black hair swaying in the wind, her pale skin standing out against her all-black attire of leggings and a hoodie, with dark colored tennis shoes to match. She'd forgotten something at home. It wasn't that important, since she has her phone and wallet in her black drawstring bag, but she'd still liked to have it. She'd forgotten her snacks to take with. "I'll just get somethin' at the store then." She huffs to herself, passing by people on the sidewalk.
Nobody gave her a second glance. Nobody ever bothered to look beneath her sunglasses and mask. She was just another human going about their day to them, and that was fine for Gelid.
Little do they know.
Gelid passes the modern day shops, some signs were neon and others were tacked onto a board, or hung in front of the door. The buildings loomed over herself and the humans that pass her by, casting long shadows on the ground. Humans in all different shapes and sizes.
From stocky, to the heavier side, to even the smaller skinnier people. Some were dressed head-to-toe in winter gear, others dressed in... more interesting choices depending on where they were going. Some people even had some rather colorful clothes on. Gelid could see a few ugly sweaters here and there. On one of the heavier men, a dark-skinned man with a shaved head of hair, looks like he's an American man, had a big fuzzy red sweater on and a black beanie with gloves and a pair of jeans, and wearing some thick socks and a pair of nice boots.
He seems to be doing well. Looks like he's happy.
The soft jingling of bells broke Gelid from her thoughts.
Gelid entered a small store on the side of the main street, and disappeared into the back for some snacks. Preferably something crunchy, maybe something sweet. Maybe something baked. But nothing spicy.
