Considering that your previous look doesn't just get overlaid with a texture and you have to start from scratch in the ghoul character creator, I'm pretty happy with how he turned out. He looks like himself; though, I do wish that there had been a scraggly remains-of-facial-hair option.
Where did his nose go?
That's just a headcanon from my fic, when his nose fell off into his soup (it got thrown away - that's one perk card I never have the stomach to choose) though I did cook him up a bowl during my gameplay as a reference to that moment.
I quite enjoyed the quest and he's getting on alright so far. Sofia didn't react at all (bit disappointed) but Ricky's gone all Thoreau and found himself a cabin in the (toxic, blasted remains of) the woods. He needs time to adjust.
When he found out he could still play guitar, he said:
"Well, now, that really Rads my berries!"
Ricky's days as a smoothskin are numbered...
The Ghoul update has been announced: March 18th! I'm excited because I wrote 'Lucky' Ricky Gee's transformation into my Longfic years ago (see the Hangovers section of Vincent, Redefined) and now I get to play it! Well, it won't happen the same way but I'm looking forward to playing it.
I'm going to miss this face, though...
I hope there's an option to retain something of a beard and, of course, the pomp.

I found a ghoul NPC in Fallout 4, dressed him up and made him into a Provisioner, so now 'Lucky' Ricky Gee-is-for-Ghoul gets to visit Vin and Mac in Sanctuary.
