So i haven't been on here. The holidays came and then my birthday... then went on a 10 day vacation in the Philippines. I did hit my target weight before Christmas. I wanted to be 125 by December 25th. I was slackin from Dec. 20th through January 31. I was so scared after the fact that i allowed myself to eat. I wasn't even tracking my fitness pal calorie counter after a streak of 180 days!!! Wow! So february 2, 2017... i measured weight and body fat! Weight remained the same... however body fat went down by 2%!!! Woowwww!!!! Next goal is 115 by march coz i'm going to Honolulu with my friends
