One Day Gif Project - 29th November “Christmas Nightmare”

Animation Gif Research 

With short amount of experience working on Gifs before and this one day project made me really work on looking for what style I wanted to do and experiment with different mediums with the time allocated. 

As research for this project I looked at different animators and contests held for short gifs and see how I could make a looping animation out of mine while trying to be a bit clever with it. Two good sources are the Pun Animation Directory and Loop de Loop Challenge. The Pun animation directory is a directory of female animators around the world with each creating an animation from the logo design with all taking a creative take using the same colour pallet. Loop de Loop challenge is similar but with a wide range of entries.

Other Animators Gif’s I looked at includ Luis Mazon,Jonthan Vermersch, Sofja Unmarik, Rebacca Mock.
