Are the materials premium in your hands, not just on screen? Ask what specific materials they use — fabric type, box construction, ribbon weight, lining. If they cannot answer in detail, the materials are probably not premium. Better yet, visit in person or request a sample before placing a large order.
What do real clients say? Testimonials on a service's own website are the least reliable form of feedback. Word of mouth referrals, organic mentions in planning communities, and reviews in contexts the service does not control are far more telling.
