"you got here just in time." emman says in greeting the second he opens his door, immediately laying eyes on his best friend whom he hasn't seen for more than half a decade now, and obviously both have been through a lot of changes in their lives. he's not much heard about hidehill until the murders occurred, and his first instinct was to come back, for her. emery has always been one of the most important people in his life growing up before his father decided that he has use for him in his life. emman pulls emery in for a hug, letting out a deep breath. "you're absolutely going to forgive me with this pizza."

“i’m struggling...” lennox speaks up out of nowhere, holding two vinyl records up in front of emery who stood behind the counter, it has been a slow day, that meant for lennox being able to go through records, which one she’s going to take back home this time for her and cherry to listen to. “so...erm..should i go for...chomp!! by latency, or...around the world and back by state champs? or it’s a bit too much? i kind of want us to explore...with music, everything...” it was the only way she could have cherry explore about anything, with how she’s been keeping to herself ever since they’ve arrived in hidehill.

Leaned against the bar, up on one of the stools Jordan was tapping away on his phone. Usually by now he would be hammered drunk and probably getting into a fist fight with someone, but tonight he was mindlessly scrolling Instagram and sipping on a Pepsi. Every so often his attention would turn to the people coming up to order drinks, but he wasn’t the type of person to care about small talk so he’d ignored all the ‘hellos’ and ‘how ya doing tonights’. When another person came up next to him, he assumed it was just someone else who would annoy him into meaningless conversation. Until he turned his head slightly to see that was actually someone he enjoyed having as company. “Seats open.” He gestured to the bar stool next to him. “Please take it before another drunk idiot comes over here and tries to be my friend.”
