The older I get the more I realize how much of the girls business Maya was telling Darnell. I mean I doubt any man would even like Joan (even the men she dated struggled with her), but the disdain early on let's me know he probably knew about the clap Toni got from the doctor.
Like she probably thought that Peaches n'nem were her forever folk, so these new girls she been around simply because of being Joan's assistant may not last...but after the cheatation, she settled in that these were her girls now frfr (not Toni yet tho).
