🐀 Where is your OC during the rat plague? Do they make it out alive?

Gillie is with the Overseers for the first half of the rat plague, before seeing an opportunity to fake his death and leave, which he does with very little hesitation. For the second half of the rat plague, he joins a community of survivors (with children), and he uses his skills to help build shelter and defenses for them.

🎻Does your OC have any special talents? Are they artistic, creative, ect?

Gillie is a mathematician and helped create the music boxes that the Overseers use to stop void magic. He'd claim to be uncreative, but he is deeply creative in a way few people are

low class refugee to overseer to low class again

🕯️Does your OC have any enemies?

the Overseers. If they knew he was alive, they'd kill him.

🐋 Does your OC have any relationships with canon characters?

he and sokolov have met but sokolov doesn't remember him and gillie doesn't like sokolov. met teague martin in passing, no real impressions either way, but they knew of each other. Teague probably thought of getting into Gillie's good graces before deciding it was too much trouble. Gillie HATED the high overseer.
