for brands: if you like it and you're confident about wanting it, buy second hand. many people buy things and wear it once and don't like it, when sanitised you can get anywhere from 25% to 70% off a make up item that's only been used a couple times. if you don't live in the US (huge problem for make up) use a shipping agent to ship outside of the US. i hope this helps!
