[in-the-wrong-direction]

I have a bad habit of reading posts before I check who's reblogged them. I also follow a couple of really good gimmick blogs. This often results in me getting taken on the wildest of rides as some truly batshit post appears on my dash, and I just read with abandon until, increasingly confused as to why I'm seeing this, I get 12 replies deep and finally see @hellsitegenetics identifying an unhinged conversation as a stick insect or something.

I truly love this place and don't know why I took a break.

one of my favorite things about hellsitegenetics has to be when a gimmick-gimmick blog (think gimmick-thief, gimmickchanger, etc) tries to steal the BLAST bit and just goes "nevermind i have no fucking idea how this even works"

1. @randomalienencounter - resident alien that randomly shows up and speaks enchantment table at you

2. @alienracist - i think the name speaks for itself. also may be in an enemies to lovers thing with the alien above?

3. @lilalienz4ever - peaceful little aliens, with cute art!

4. @[the ikea alien. i don't know why but they have gained a notable amount of recognition on here]

5. @randomalienencounter-translated - when randomalienencounter's translator is alive and works (i like to think that it's an actual translator alien always following Jeule around. he's just standing there... menacingly.)

6. an honorary mention to @randomcryptidencounter, as it was inspired by randomalienencounter (rip). Cryptid also had a translator, @randomcryptidencountertranslator =)

7. @the-aftonsparv - ikea alien has a blog, and they definitely didn't kill any kids fyi. Where'd you hear THAT? *It's Been So Long starts playing*

8. @visitsfromathirdkind - pink alien that goes on adventures and talks a language i can't understand =D

9. @intergalactic-celestial-squid - giant squid who has a job as a space lawyer and can speak

10. @creeture-scientist - name speaks for itself, too. Also lives in a shack in the middle of the gimmick woods

11. @the-purpursparv - purple ikea alien has a blog, and they're friends with the other ikea alien. And they aren't purple guy.
