Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Antoinette Botti for a coffee. She is such an inspiration, and such a pleasant company!
She brought a part of Ivory Coast to Norway when she started to produce Gnamakoudji some years ago, named Ging here in Norway. Gnamakoudji is a ginger beverage made from ginger, lime and honey.
