Penny was rushing through the sewer pipes, eager to go to the surface. Today he was about to meet with Beverly. Ever since the little entity came to know the losers more, he enjoyed spending time with them and especially with the girl. He didn’t even know why but really looked forward to play with her.

Reaching the exit pipe, Penny jumped up, turning his head left and right as if he wanted to be sure no one saw him. As he deemed himself safe, he changed into his human form which was basically a six year old, ginger haired freckled child, the only known form to the losers, they were still not aware about his true nature and the little one intended for it to stay like that, at least for now. As he had changed, Penny scuttled over to Beverly’s house and saw that she already waited for him. He waved excited as she came closer to meet him.

“Hi Beverly, sorry that i am late!” he greeted her as he hugged her tightly with his small arms, looking into her face with a big smile.
