it’s the finals for that year. we have mid terms to show that we understand and know what we’ve learned and then the rest of that is left to the first semester and you move to the second. that’s where finals are. it’s basically like… a test to show

I’M UPSET.
we nicknamed the last one Agnes. she was lovely, she stayed to her corner, she kept away the flies, but then the cats got her when she came down too low.
vale, poor old Agnes.

that is super badass looking but I would never actually want it near me o____o
Goldilocks is hardcore, it's true. my favorite australian passtime is giving non-threatening names to scary bugs. i name all the spiders in the house, too.

my (ex)step mom was spanish and she used to cook a lot of food that her mom taught her (i believe she was from puerto rico? i can’t remember honestly it was a long time ago) so it was always neat to eat dinner there but she also cooked a lot of food

that like my step dad cooks and they both tasted the same (tbh i preferred eric’s most of the time because his actually had more flavor) so i wonder if maybe eric just knows the different seasonings? he used to work in a supermarket at the deli so it
gingerbreadblaine replied to your post: apolloadama replied to...
is possible? either that or maria didn’t use seasoning but i know she had a huge rack filled different kinds. idk i thought everyone seasoned their food.
I think while people do have some level of seasoning in their food, the variety of seasonings they take down from that spice rack and actually use verses those people from non-white backgrounds will be lower.
But working in a cooking environment or an environment focused on food does lead to more creativity and more intensity in food taste, so that also is part of it.
And again, it's not like no white people who have ever cooked ever are boring and don't know how to use various spices to their advantage.
It's the majority that I'm talking about (and yes, sorry, with my food and cooking background and the range of white adults I've cooked with I'm pretty confident on calling it like I see it).
