I participated in @bumblebybigbang 2023!!!

This was my first fandom big bang and I'm so glad I joined, made new friends, became more active with the RWBY fandom, and learned (& hopefully progressed) a lot as an artist.

I had a blast crafting this comic snippet scene from @giraffeseattrees's story, When You Say My Name (I Can Only Feed You Lies)! It was wonderful collaborating with her and I cannot recommend this fic enough :)

I'm truly so grateful for this experience, thanks to everyone who made it possible and of course to my lovely writer!!!

18) Do you have any abandoned WIP’s? What made you abandon them?

I do! None for brittana but I have two Cordy/Angel fanfics that are still on a usb thingy after four years. I still think about finishing them one day because I still believe in the stories but my heart belongs to brittana right now so I’m in no rush to get to them.

23) Do you prefer listening to music when you’re writing or do you need silence?

I need silence for writing. It’s the only way I can work. However I do construct playlists for my fics and I usually listen to them during my workouts which is when I brainstorm writing ideas.

40) Do people know you write fanfiction?

My best friend knows and that’s about it. He’s super supportive and will listen to me talk about ‘’my process’’ even though he doesn’t really get it or care about the same characters that I do.

my dad used to travel a lot on business.  once he got me this little red kitty stuffed animal.  it was always my favorite.  his name is kitty (v original) and i still have him, he currently resides on the top shelf of the hall closet

84: are you planning on getting tattoos? which ones?

YES i have been wanting more tattoos for years and i just haven’t pulled the trigger.  mostly because i [used to pre-quarantine] swim for exercise and you can’t be in water with new tattoos.  but yeah i want to get something to honor when i lived in austin and it’s from a street artist there... the cat looks like this:

1. Any scars?

One on my right forearm, a little under an inch long.

9. What’s your dream job?

Personal trainer person? Like I love working out/being active and I’m not the most fit person in the world but it’s something I love doing and gives me peace. It makes me feel confident and I know it’s not some magical solution to mental health issues, but it’s helped me. I wish I could use it to help others.

26. Best thing that has ever happened to you?

Becoming an aunt to my niece and nephew. They opened up a part of my heart that I didn’t even know existed :) I feel like I’m more human because of them.
