Okay y’all need to understand that when you ask me to pick one, someone always comes with. Because I LOVE relationship dynamics. I love them. They’re the most important thing to me. You can have the most well rounded, cheekiest, hottest, most lovable character ever (I’m talking about Lucky), but they only go so far by themselves. Other characters, the ones they hate or love or talk to or risk their lives for—that’s what makes the character.

So, Nick and Nate Trinity. Brothers. The second set I have (the first were Blake, Rocky, and Shane), and definitely my favorite. Nick, of course, is my baby: suave, sexy, bisexual conman extraordinaire (think Jack Harkness but with a savior complex and severe abandonment issues). Nate is his big brother: strong, broad, military-bred, protective instincts like whoa. They have six years age difference. This is where it gets complicated.

They were made for this RP that was steampunk based—not my area of expertise, but it was fun anyway. The two had been on the run since Nick was three. Their mother died giving birth to him and their father did not take the loss well. Nate decided it was time to get the hell outta dodge and they went to live on the streets. 

Nick turned out to be fucking brilliant, with a near photographic memory and the ability to write (or draw) it down on paper. He never got any formal training, of course, being a street rat for most of his life. Nate often took odd jobs to keep them going with food and shelter and clothes and stuff. Nick just ended up stealing. This went on until Nick was nine and Nate was fifteen and was accepted into the military. This caused a shit ton of problems: one, Nick was too young and got left behind; and two, the military was sort of a policing force in this RP. Which meant Nick had to stop stealing. Except that was out of the question, because besides the fact that Nate totally up and left him on his own (my working headcanon was that he entered to get the money and the shelter to finally stabilize him and Nick, but Nick didn’t accept the shelter offered while Nate was on duty), he was a full class kleptomaniac by that point.

So Nick ran. And Nate followed. 

Let me tell you something okay. Nate loves his brother. Nick thinks he hates him and wants to drag him back to jail (the one time he was in bad, BAD things happened and Nick has no plans of ever going back). Nate just wants his brother back. And it takes years—YEARS—for him to finally catch up. And that’s due to Flynn, Nick’s time traveling badass boyfriend who also up and abandoned him (although to be fair he was trying to protect him so… that’s a different, much longer story). He’d dropped him off at his brother’s apartment and Nick finally decided enough was enough and reconciled. And they were inseparable ever since.

That’s not even mentioning the high school AU we have, in which Nick and Nate are together for a much longer period of time and it’s. Adorable. They have a much better relationship. I love them. I love them very much oh man.

5: Your least favourite?I don’t know if I have a least favorite, tbh… For a long time it was Ava, but then she rounded out and I love her. I love my antags, so that’s out. Do any of my self inserts count? ‘Cause… they’re self inserts I mean. I love doing them but yeah. Lol.

(setting: some random place, time doesn't matter | other helpful info: Seth = demon, Sawyer = dark angel, she = a girl caught up in their messes)

Seth:

            Several twigs snap behind me. I pull out one of my newly purchased knives and ready myself to throw it.

            “No need for the weapon,” comes a voice from the bushes.

            I hold it steady anyway, but instead of preparing to throw it, I bring it closer to me for a more personal attack.

            “I said to drop the weapon.” Out of the bush comes Sawyer, his eyes filled with black flames. “Stop moping around. I’m taking your offer, but it comes at a price.”

            I narrow my eyes. Will Sawyer actually sacrifice himself? Don’t you remember the way he looked at you with those dark eyes?

            A dark shadow stops me from going any further. There he is right in front of me like a dark god. “Get Winter out of this mess,” he says.

            “I will,” I try to say, but my voice gets lost in my throat. How could I do something so monumental? I didn’t even know if it is possible. That half hellion, Latell seemed pretty intent on not leaving her alone. “Where do I even begin?” I whisper to myself sadly.

            I look up to find him looking at me again. And that’s all he is doing is looking, staring me down like I’m something he’s hunting, but not quite. Staring into me, like he wants to find the bit of me that isn’t demon.

            Hehehe. You know the real reason. You just don’t want to admit it. I’ll break it to you. He’s looking at you like he wants you. There’s something about you that he craves.

            My stomach twists into a tight knot. The voice nailed it.

            “You know where,” he says, getting uncomfortably close to me. His face is only inches away from mine. I look away slightly, distancing myself from the strange urges the voice is trying to convince me to do.

            His fingers are cold as they touch my jawline. They slide down to my chin and turn my face back towards him. I realize that I’m not uncomfortable. I’m giddy.

            “My father would call me weak,” I whisper into his face.

            “My father would banish me if I weren’t already banished,” he answers.

            His breath tickles my face, and then his lips touch mine. A strange surge of energy flows through me, and I can’t tell if it’s because of him, or from him, but to be honest, I could care less right now. He pulls back slightly, rests his nose against mine, and finally, pulls his head all the way back.

            “Can you promise me that you can get her out of this?” he asks once more.

            “I can’t, but I’ll try my damn best,” I say, and teleport out of there as quick as I physically could.

If J.J Abrams had called you up asking for advice for what to be sure to do/not do in Episode 7, what would you have told him?

I'd ask him to think long and hard about how much, if at all, the plot would be affected if he changed some of the new male characters into woc. Like really. Also, Ahsoka.

Which Star Wars character do you most closely resemble in terms of personality?

Definitely Ahsoka. And not saying this just cause I love her—I used to get it pointed out by friends, and at first I didn't see it till I really started thinking about it and being more self-aware.

Which would you be better at, lightsaber duels or starfighter combat?

you need upper body strength for lightsaber fighting and some immunity to motion sickness for fighter combat and lemme tell you both of those would be a problem haha

Anakin saw Ahsoka again at least once in person before ROTS. Hence, the now 30K+ pile of angst and people getting injured known as Once a Jedi.

Who is your single favorite fictional character?

Ahsoka Tano.

What sort of music do you like to listen to?

Different types, but a lot of Alternative, Pop, some Rock and a couple musicals.

Would you rather fight one dinosaur-sized duck or 100 duck-sized dinosaurs? Assume that the dinosaur in question is an adult Tyrannosaur.

If you could become a Jedi—that is to say, you would gain a connection with the Force and Jedi training, but you would also have to follow the prequel-era Code—would you do it? And no, you may not have any Anakin-esque secret relationships.

Yes. But attachments to friends would be more an issue for me (assuming I have no memory of my family) at least right now.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

…superspeed? It would have to be something not connected to my emotions.

How would you use that superpower to defend against the fire-breathing, shape-shifting supervillain attacking your city?

It'd help me dodge and move people out of the way of the flame balls, so that's a start.

If you could go back in time and convince one author or movie/TV writer/director to do something differently in your favorite book/show/films, who would it be and what would you have them do?

I'd find whoever was over the casting and convince them to unwhitwash THG movie. Barring that, I'd present a case for killing Lux in the finale of the Onderon arc. (Not just because I don't care for him, but because if I thought it was worth some long-winded meta I'd have several story and character arc related reasons why it'd work.)

If you could pass one bill into law, what would it say? 

"Stand your ground is legit void." (I'm sure it's been useful in some cases, but as far as I can tell it's used to justify race crimes. So.)

Your house is on fire: what three things do you rescue as you leave? Assume all other people, pets, etc. are able to make it out without your help.

You are able to write and direct a movie about your OTP (or BrOTP). What would it be about, and what MPAA rating would it get?

Anakin and Ahsoka, shifting from early S3 into late S3. Physical changes aside, something happened that gave them both darker outlooks, and it was before Mortis and more than the war continuing to rage on. Maybe a really grueling mission or something, with the situation originally caused by Sidious because he's realized Ahsoka is another of Anakin's few but sturdy tethers to the light. Obviously, in his mind, she needs to be… taken care of. To spare this post any more length: angst, drama, dramatic angsty angst, angsty dramatic angst, etc. It'd probably get a PG-13 rating.

What do you treasure most of your possessions?

Gifts from friends in general, because… they just remind me I'm not alone, you know? After that, probably my computer. :P

If you had to choose between your top three favorite characters, who would you pick and why?

I have a lot of favorite characters, but my top three are Ahsoka Tano, Remus Lupin and then Merida DunBroch. (Honorable mentions go to Anakin Skywalker, Harry Potter and Obi-Wan Kenobi) My favorite is Ahsoka cause I kind of grew up with her, and she lead to a love of the Clone Wars as a whole, which lead to fanfiction, which lead to finding my best friend's stories, which lead to actually communicating with my best friend for the first time and then meeting her in person at a SW Celebation a year later. Ahsoka is just special to me, okay? ;_;

Dark colors or light?

Depends on how I feel, but hot pink is probably a fairly light color, so. :P

Pink, hot pink. Also turquoise.

What skills do you have that would help you survive if there was ever a zombie apocalypse?

I can cook, and I don't really eat a ton of processed food, so I wouldn't be pining after microwave dinners and all.

Rose is not my favorite DW companion and I don't relate to her that much at all and I'm not sorry.

What character do you think you resemble most?

Physically? Rue from the Hunger Games, except my face isn't so young looking, if that makes sense. Personality wise? Ahsoka Tano, in that I'm stubborn and strong-willed and can hold my own in an argument and am witty and also sometimes immature.

Socks or no socks at night?

None at all. I don't like socks cause my feet sweat easily.

What ethnicity are you? TOTAL BREAKDOWN—even if you’re Caucasian! I wanna know!

African-American, though my mother's side is known for stuff like long-hair-down-your-back-with-dark-skin, looking a certain way and thus not being considered black at all, being really pale with reddish hair and stuff. Blue eyes, light skin and fairly smooth hair also aren't uncommon on father's side.

If you could meet any celebrity in the world, who would it be and what would you say?

OH G-D OH G-D OH G-D GIVE ME A MOMENT. Um, right about now I'd say Lorde? I think she'd be an interesting person to just have a long conversation with. If not her, J.K. Rowling or Matt Smith.
