She tried the door again. Four times, five. To no avail, Rei stared at the door, almost looking lost. She only wanted to step outside for a moment; how could she have lost her keys?
This was quite the predicament she was in. Rei had her spare keys in the apartment, and her partner was nowhere in sight. Maybe she had dropped them on the way out or in the building? It could make sense, as she would be rustling her pockets most to hide and withdraw the door keys.
As she slowly turned around, Rei noticed a girl pass by. If she was a resident of this apartment, perhaps she may have seen them around. The blue-haired girl decided to suck it up and ask, since she would rather ask one person and find the keys than go through more people, causing a headache.
