My sister's girlfriend works at a great nonprofit called Project Feast, and I'm hoping we can help them out today. They work with immigrant and refugee cooks to develop their existing skills through culinary training. They also do outreach to make communities more welcoming places for immigrants and refugees to live and work. Most of their students are women, and they come from all over the world.
