I do not know what to say. A person insist to buy this art piece as it is. For me is not done. He want it as it is, he doesn’t mind if it is not signed. He saw beauty in it , I have difficult in letting go as it is but I believe in this person since he is the president of an art organisation and he also collects art. The piece is still wet and he purchased the piece with the condition that I won’t change it or add more strokes. Art and aesthetics are on the eyes of the beholder. I was exited to finished my first Plein Air piece this year. So, I went out and did it again. I took many liberties to interpret the color this time. The weather was all over the place but I need it to get some contrast of darks and lights, the rain left shiny edges, so I was able to finish the art piece.
