Awwww, someone's obsessed.
Into the Dark Portal
Tyreäna finished acquiring everything that she would need for the journey into the unknown. She scanned the room for anything else that she might need but that wouldn't weigh her down. She walked over to the table that had the map spread out and let her fingers follow the route from their home to the dark portal. Her skin pricked with goosebumps as she thought of the unknown on the other side. She didn't want him to go through the portal in his condition but she knew that she had no right to tell him to stay so she did the only thing she knew to do... She stayed right by his side. She slipped her compass and spyglasses into her satchel and rolled up the map. Her ears twitched slightly as she heard him gather his belongings. Walking over to the nightstand, she blew out the candle and turned to walk out of the room when she spied the leather bound book with the red ribbon. She picked it up and flipped through the pages, realizing that only the first page had been used. "To my beloved niece, may the light always shine on you and may your heart always guide your path. - Love always, Auntie." Tyreäna smiled and closed the book as she brought it to her chest and hugged it into her. It was the last thing she had of her Aunt other than the necklace that she gave Atarr. She didn't tell him how special the bauble was to her, she was certain that if he knew of the baubles importance to her then he wouldn't have accepted it. She moved her hand over her leathers to cover her heart and felt the slight pressure of the jewel that he had given her. She continued to keep it safe for as long as he allowed her to have it. She moved to the desk and opened the book, sitting down one last time. She opened the bound book and quickly opened the bottle of ink and retrieved her quill. Dipping the tip into the onyx ink she quickly began to jot something down. "This is the Journal of Tyreäna Rÿmonette Sunweaver and her travels into the Dark Portal with her scouting partner Atarr. Should this journal survive her own life, It will be the thoughts and details of her last days." She moved down the paper and scribbled something quickly in Thalassian, something that could only be read by those whom had the teachings. "I am not ready to die. I go into the unknown with him so that I may watch over him and protect him... I am not ready to die but if I must, I will die for him. - Tyreäna R. Sunweaver, Year 633 by the Kings Calendar. Into the Dark Portal I go."

Zephyr stared straight ahead, draped over a faded red corduroy chair. His head rested on an arm of it, scrawny legs kicked over the other, a cigarette in hand, as per usual.
"Felano? You've got to be kidding," he sighed, clicking his tongue across the top of his mouth.
"Felano Glacierwind. 'Count' Glacierwind. That's no Count. That's.. a joke. I can't believe he's got any power in the world at all- he's dead, after all. I can't fathom how many cocks he had to suck to even get to where he is now- Nyxan's cock, perhaps?" He trailed off, before getting back onto train of thought. "Regardless, I'd like to sit in his chair and speak to people over a desk like a high lord- oh, wait. The office was blown up on his watch- responsible, correct?" He grimaced.
"Daddy Felano is an odd man. I believe he's got the absolute ability to dispel his name of all hindrances by getting rid of that ridiculously prissy family of his. The copious amount of prideful idiots buzzing around his beloved parlor. I also think he's an animal in a sense, he -marks- all of his furniture- claims it as his own! I wonder if it smells like death.
He seems to be incredibly blind to the ways things work around him. His way or no way. The world does not work like that. It still begins to spin as he is worried about the dress his wife wears, and how it will effect his company and his name. It's already ruined. His organization is already a joke. I can respect him to a certain extent, I can respect him to the extent that I will not laugh at him in his face. It's his superior demeanor that is offputting to what he tries to portray. He is not better than everyone that is around them, and for what it's worth- it doesn't work. It's as opaque as his scary icicles."
He stopped, catching his breath. He had gotten off track.
"Felano Glacierwind is a man of pride, a man of morals, and a man of overall wonderful judgment- or so he thinks. He is entirely wrong. His whole existence is wrong. I think he can be better with the correct guidance- of course not for me, I won't waste my time on a train-wreck waiting to happen. Maybe from some other dead thing. I wonder how long his beauty regiment takes to make him presentable for the day- and he tells me that I smell."

The bed.
She had arrived at the compound after attending to a few things back at the city. Her body ached slightly but she only smiled at the feeling, her hand moving under her raven locks to a few bite marks that now graced her neck. He was so savage, He marked me as his... She realized how appropriate that line of thought had been. She was his, down to her very soul but she hadn't expected his first time to go quite like that. Admittedly, she wasn't really sure what to expect but it seemed that 125 years of frustration had been poured out last night and she was his willing vessel.
She had almost ran into the building she had been seeking as she had been lost in thought. She stopped for a moment and chuckled lightly to herself before entering, her eyes falling to the supplier for the House "Good evening, my dear." His soft voice reached her ears "You're bed has arrived. I hope that you don't mind that they entered your house without being there. I didn't want to disturb you." He smiled apologetically at her. She gave a small nod, knowing that any of the people who served at the compound were as trustworthy as they come. "Of course, I'm excited to see it. Thank you for everything you've done with this." He gave her a soft smile and nod, saying no more. She moved to exit the building and headed back to the house Rymesian and she shared.
The reason for needing a new bed was at first a necessity, he had accidentally put a bit too much force into laying down and snapped the frame. Though the bed breaking was more due to age then the man's very large build. She smiled to herself as she thought of her suggesting they share her bed for the night. You aren't a virgin but you acted just as naively as he did. So blinded by your unhappiness that you almost missed him. She felt her stomach drop at the thought. She could have but that night seemed to have changed everything for them. She had woken up with him wrapped around her. Her mind flitting to how safe she felt and how perfectly she fit in them. Now they were bonded in most of the ways they could be beside marriage. Her hand shooting to her temple at trying to attempt to even explain that concept.
She found herself at her door before she knew it. Her hand sliding the key in the lock, hearing a small click before depositing the silver key back in the pocket it had come from. She stepped through the door and quickly shut it behind her, the bed was obvious and bold in the room. It's graceful spires of oak, reaching tall, draped with rich red silk backed with a gold lining. The curtains were a a rich velvet, heavy but still graceful. The linen on the bed was done in the same golds that matched their counterparts in the curtains. A border at the top held the same fabric as the curtains, holding gold fringe at the edges.
She merely blinked at the artistry that had been poured into this bed, the extravagance. It was almost too much, she panicked slightly feeling like neither of them deserved such a luxury. Where had she gone wrong? She had just told the supplier she wanted a canopy bed with curtains of red and gold to match the Sunreaver colors. I suppose the perk of having generous employers. Though.. this.. is too much. She moved around the bed like it might reach out and swallow her whole, her hand finally moving to touch the rich curtains, so soft under her fingers. The bed was simply beautiful and looked like it would fit her 7'3 lover. She sighed outwardly and resisted sitting on it.
While their first time and his was yesterday, it had been been their intention to break in this bed with with their first night of passion, No reason that we can't still enjoy it, of course. The very thought bringing back a dull ache for 'her heart' as she had been calling him. The bed represented a fresh start for them both and she was excited for him to see it. She touched the marks on her neck again. I am his as I always will be and as he said that I will be his first, last and only. She closed her eyes and leaned against the bed frame letting the tears slide down her face, tears of joy that he had found her.

Starting over
She sat by the fountain in the Court of the Sun, the steady rush of water not able to silence her mind, only the city around her. She absently reached a hand in the water as her mind traced back over the last few days. She felt small, pathetic and utterly alone, she shut her eyes in attempts to clear these feelings away. She had made a hard choice and now would have to live with the consequences. A single name escaped her lips “Loli” the pain that hit her with that single word was enough to drive most people insane but she had already been there and now felt a numbness creeping behind the pain. She was ashamed of how cold she had been to the one woman who had loved her despite her many short comings. Her mind had played it over and over not letting her rest. That look that painted Loli’s face as she spoke of ending things was one she would never forget. Oh Loli, I just hope that one day you will forgive me. She sighed wearily as her hand continued to skim the water, tracing over it lovingly. Nature, the one thing that seemed to balance her anymore. She opened her eyes finally and looked down at her reflection, her eyes narrowed as she studied herself. Poor thing, sad lonely creature. Her reflection seemed to mock her now. She splashed through it in some sort of defiant manner. Gods, what am I doing. My whole life has changed and I’m allowing myself to fall into despair. I am pathetic. She shook her head in attempts to rid herself of the past events and looked up at the Elven form carved from stone. Pity I couldn’t be like her. A stone heart would suit me fine.
Angry at herself now for letting these thoughts come unbidden she stood up and adjusted the black mask over her and reached down to fix a strap on her black leather chest piece before setting out for the Glacierwind Parlor. At least I have some where to go for now. She had spoken to Lord Felano the previous night about serving him, his Lady and his House. He was kind to her and had offered a place for her and her sister Hetaira to go. I suppose I need to make my intentions official. She shook her head and allowed herself a small smile. She was always so damn formal even in her thoughts. THIS is why you are so angry all the time. You can’t lighten up enough to enjoy anything for too long. She stopped for a moment blinking, the smile fading at the sudden realization before casting her gaze downward, giving her armor a quick once over before making her way to the looming figure that stood on the top steps. Death its self couldn’t look more menacing. Though he was death in a form. She continued to study him from a moment before approaching him, giving him a deep bow. Her voice, even with all the rage and pain swirling around in her head came out perfectly neutral, she was after all very good at hiding things. She had a gift that her and her sister seemed to share, once she allowed you in she could put anyone at ease.”My Lord, I’ve come to you to seek employment…”
Letters: To Felano Glacierwind and Ara
Just as she began to prepare for her meeting with Bronvys, Riesse was in a flurry. After considering options all day, she finally made her selections and sent the courier scurrying off to Glacierwind Global. Turning her eyes to the maiden standing waiting, Riesse smirked, "Let us hope that Tevin does not dilly-dally like some do." The teasing brought a deep scarlet flush to Mayleen's cheeks and the girl scurried off, rushing through the open door.
Dear Felano,
Please except my words and humble offering as thanks for the assistance you gave and for the caring of your people afterward. Your strength and the Lady Ara's tender touch was much appreciated. Your Lady's words bolstered my spirits in a grueling situation, Lady Nyxan's friendship is one I treasure.
Those you surround yourself bring you honor and I am grateful.

After the meeting tonight at the house of Del'Sun, Nyxan had given out titles to those who wanted them, and those who chose to wear them with desire and purpose. Those who wished to thrive in the riches and glory of House Del'Sun would be able to do so, and help bring back their legacy.
