Hi! 23f looking for an 21+ rp partner who'd be interested in an oc rp? I'm lowkey embarrassed but I have the itch to write a mxm roman emperor type and their gladiator/fighter type dynamic?

I'd like to write the emperor/position in power type muse. I'm working on a sheet/fleshing him out but I was leaning toward a semi maniacal symbol of opulence & long term royal corruption/sheltering. Probably has some sort of god complex or at the very least, believes he is a vessel for greatness. At the same time, comes from a place of seeking love/affection but struggles with giving over power. He's the younger brother, was sort of regarded as an afterthought/competing to be seen and in return *screams* to be noticed in every regard. Pretty face who is unabashedly unashamed of his body and intimacy. Constantly chasing away boredom/seeks *more* (he's honestly geta coded/very inspired by, if you've seen gladiator 2 lol). I'm honestly still figuring him out, so I'd love to talk about him!

Other character wise, I am super open to ideas for the gladiator/fighter! I would love something that's a complicated entanglement though; something where my muse cannot deny an attachment to yours but it's likely imbalanced. Totally open to/down for enemies to lovers and slow burn stuff, playing with the power balance/back and forth between them, forming unlikely bonds or agreements. (I'd just love a relationship where they have bite back, toxic for each other but also hopelessly enamored)

Plot wise, I'm super open to ideas! We could play with how much power my muse has/if he's already in charge & the status of his brother and how our characters meet. I'd also be down for my muse to be taken out of power/a forced into a corner type situation, maybe only with your muse to rely on (or possibly even at their mercy).

(I also feel like I should mention; I'm not an expert on ancient rome & am still figuring stuff out. I'm also down to play with the setting how we see fit! I'm most attached to the dynamic)

But I'm a literate style rper w/ a few years of experience! I like to rp on discord & a server is awesome but not required at all!

So… I finally decided to give Gladiator II a shot, and honestly? I’m completely hooked. The dynamic between the twins has me in a chokehold. The toxic co-dependency, the endless power struggle, and the sheer tragedy of their backstory has left me floored! I can’t stop thinking about it, and it’s given me the worst kind of brainrot. I'll be taking on the role of Carcalla, and I'm searching for a partner who would be interested in portraying Geta. Since this is my first Gladiator II request, I don't have an extensive list of plots yet. However, I do have a few loose concepts that we could build upon together. At the same time, I'm totally open to brainstorming and incorporating any ideas you might have. Feel free to share your thoughts, and we can see where things go!

On that note, dark themes are to be expected. Both twins are vile in their own ways, and they feed into each other's worst impulses. We're talking ordering executions because someone breathed wrong or gave them a side-eye. They are selfish, cruel, and driven by an insatiable hunger for power. I'm not pulling a single punch on their depravity, and I expect a writing partner who is equally committed to portraying the twins reprehensible nature in its entirety.

NSFW - When it comes to NSFW, I view the twins as versatile switches - though Caracalla often leans into dominance when the mood strikes. I’m looking for a partner who can reflect that fluid, back-and-forth dynamic. My vision is for Caracalla and Geta to constantly challenge one another, always vying for control and keeping each other unsteady. If you're someone who exclusively bottoms, I'm not interested.
