They are headed to Texas on September 23rd to hold a disaster relief initiative and restore the wardrobes and personal care essentials for 1000 women and their families who have been affected by the devastation of Hurricane Harvey in Houston. I'm constantly searching for ways to expand my skills in different areas as I grow as an illustrator because there's always a new way to deliver a story that has yet to be told, and not just from my own experiences , but from this massive library that we are as people, constantly creating, searching, connecting for the simple need to feel like we're not alone. That's the power of a story , something so simple yet so much of a compelling reason to keep on going. It makes me think back to the countless weeks I've gone without sleeping and what my own family has been through , to imagine that there's countless of others with a tale of their own, it drives me to keep moving forward, knowing that I've only have just begun and I won't stop till I look back years ahead see that even Walt Disney himself could have done more in his time.
