Transform plain cake pops into opulent treats reminiscent of Barbie by adding Barbie doll toppers and vibrant candy coatings. Ideal for themed parties and birthday celebrations!
Ingredients: 1 box of your favorite cake mix. 1/2 cup of frosting any flavor. 1 package of candy melts assorted colors. Lollipop sticks. Edible decorations sprinkles, edible glitter. Barbie doll picks.
Instructions: Bake the cake as directed on the package, then allow it to cool fully. In a large mixing bowl, crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs. Mix the frosting into the cake crumbs until the mixture resembles dough. To form balls, take small portions of the mixture and shape them around the lollipops. Candy that has melted melts in various colors according to the directions on the package. Make sure every cake pop is completely covered by dipping it into the melted candy and letting the extra drip off. Adhere edible decorations to the cake pops while the candy coating is still wet. To allow the coated cake pops to fully dry and solidify, place them inside a foam block. Put Barbie doll picks gently into the top of each cake pop after it has set. Place the Barbie Cake Pops on a platter for serving, then dig in!
