Correcting Gus’ homework plus helping him prep for his upcoming ancestor report got a bit stressful today, but in the end it was rewarding. He is really growing up and although homework is getting more and more challenging- I really think he’s ‘getting it’. Parents, after a long hard day, it’s sometimes the last thing you want to do right?! but- we gotta do it 🤓. Sometimes it’s ok to walk away (like I did today) and take a few deep breaths.
