I still haven’t finished it/watched the ending (I mean my save file is in ColORADO SO) but HOOOO BOY LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THAT HOLLOW BASTION

Okay no joke I’m a little proud of myself I did the Riku fight in 3 tries HOWEVER.  Final Mix has cutscene skip BUT I AM TOLD that in the original there was not that option AND SO TO ACHIEVE AN AUTHENTIC KINGDOM HEARTS EXPERIENCE

I WAS TOLD BY MY ASSHOLE FRIENDS THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO SKIP THE PRE-RIKU FIGHT CUTSCENE FOR THREE TRIES

But as it happens, three tries was all I needed so I WAS NEVER ALLOWED TO SKIP IT AT ALL

But the End of the World dungeon apparently received a MASSIVE difficulty spike in Final Mix because there were 4 Behemoth fights as well as a mook rush before the Chernabog fight that legitimately (we counted from one save to the next) took 45 minutes.  And then the Ansem fight was a level of bullshit I ain’t never seen since Baten Kaitos Origins lol

I GOTTA PUT THIS NEXT PART UNDER A CUT BECAUSE SPOILERS:

WHEN SORA STABBED HIMSELF AND BECAME A HEARTLESS I FELT MY SOUL LEAVE MY BODY

I LITERALLY THREW THE CONTROLLER TO THE FLOOR ONCE IT DAWNED ON ME THAT I WAS CONTROLLING THE LITTLE HEARTLESS SHADOW
