Oh how the roles have changed

Everyone pities Doch, therefore everyone likes Doch. Everyone favors him. but what about Glaz? She was made to be the favorite. It isnt like she was just a kid doing what she was told to be, right?

Right?

What’s the story behind your showtime kids? Asking as I’ve been looking at the art and can’t tell the story and I’m curious about it!

Caine and Pomni gets in a relationship, talkin' to each other and suddenly goin' "what if we have kids?"

Caine thinks for a long while and decides to try out combining both of his and Pomni's code into one sweet lil daughter called Glazdoch.

He makes the body, decides to input the code, COMPLETELY ignoring the 'error' messages popping up every time he added 1s and 0s to the equation and VOULA! THEY GOT THEIR DAUGHTER! Although...

There were complications.

What Caine didn't counter for was when i the making of both of his and Pomni's code the quite literal difference their both perspectives were. Pomni's mentality is quite, well, human. Moral and process that he does NOT have as he is an AI. Therefore the big difference in their codes became an imbalance, and with imbalance the codes' structures couldnt completely mix. So in short;

Caine's side only showed in the final product as if was much more potent than the other, and the extra bits that could've been Pomni's side, well... stuck to an extra item. Glaz's hat.

Which ended up being Doch himself.

Both Glaz and Caine finally noticed, after a couple years later with poor Doch being an self aware, conscious item being dragged around, unable to ever speak as he had no mouth... and INSTEAD of accepting their error and correcting it, they both decide to excuse it as simply as "Glaz just wanted a sibling!"

So they both separated, poor Doch was now forced to have moral standards of a human but the inability to ever be free even if he was out of the circus, all the while being dragged around like a ragdoll by Glaz and often times left aside by the charisma of Glaz.

(P.S. that's exactly why he doesn't have an eye, as it was never meant to be coded in. He uses a prosthetic to cover it cause- well, if he didn't you could quite literally see the insides of his avatar)

Until... well... there was a recent change...

Realistically speaking people would've started to notice Doch being ostracized and they would all go towards him now to make him feel better, to amend for leaving him aside after everything he's went through

But now Glaz is alone.

To be a golden child, praised and loved by all to now a troubled mess. Insecure. Forgotten.

Villainized

by her own family and friends, all because she EXISTS.

And just like a cup of glass.

She shattered.
