Lottie runs Glazed, a cute, pastel lover's dream bakery tucked inside Tartosa Treats. Glazed was a nod to her surname and her love of sweet treats. Before opening Glazed, Lottie spent years restoring her grandparents’ old seaside restaurant, The Blue Fig, turning what most people had written off as a lost cause into one of Amalfi Coast's most beloved dining spots. With that chapter now closed, she’s pouring all her energy into pastries, social media, and her growing customer base. She's also launched a small collection of Glazed merch, think candles and cute packaging, which has taken off more than she expected. Lottie is warm, creative, with a love for colour and detail that shows up in her outfits just as much as her pastries. Most of her time is spend in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and sharing them on Tik Tok.
