I’m about a week late, but nevertheless: Four wonderful months of this roleplay have come and gone, so I’m going to try my best to do a short little recap of the important tidbits that have happened in the roleplay so far. I’m going to make this a monthly thing. Anyway, here we go!
Going right down the alphabetical line, let’s start with ADAM. After not having so much luck in the Broadway scene after graduation, he decided to pursue another passion and go back to school for Music Education, and got accepted into New York University for the fall.
Next up is BLAINE. He got accepted into Tisch at NYU’s fall semester, but instead of moving out to New York with Kurt in January, he opted to stay behind in Lima and coach the New Directions through the rest of the school year. As of Saturday, he’s moved to NYC for good. Well, excepting the 2+ weeks he’ll be on his belated honeymoon, that is!
Now, JAKE applied to Juilliard, but upon acceptance, he wasn’t sure if he would attend due to his financial situation. However, thanks to some motivational talks with new girlfriend, Madison, he’s sent off his affirmative reply to Juilliard and will be attending in the fall.
Hey there, Tino! As the leading man of the upcoming Russell Simmons musical, A Hip Hop Oddyssey, JESSE has been enjoying life in New York City. The show is set to open early next month, and he’s recently reconnected with Rachel. What more could he ask for?
The cat’s dragged in some good news for KITTY, as well-- this time, in the form of an acceptance into FIT for the fall. And rent won’t be a problem for this McKinley alum, as she and Madison are moving into The Loft together in mid-July!
For KURT, life has been work and school, school and work. But now that school’s over and his husband has finally moved in with him, he can take some time to relax on their road-trip honeymoon before gearing himself up for auditions for NYADA’s annual summer musical-- this time, the show of choice will be Cinderella.
For one half of everyone’s favorite pair of twins, life couldn’t possibly get any sweeter. MADISON is also all-aboard the NYU train for the fall, and in addition to keeping up a healthy relationship with Jake, she and Kitty are all set to move into The Loft together in July.
Way out in New Haven, QUINN just graduated from Yale a year early, thanks to an accelerated program. Next month, she’s headed out to join the rest of her friends in New York City, where she’s been in talks to share an apartment with Rachel.
Speaking of, this gold star just keeps climbing up the ladder of aspirations. RACHEL just finished the first semester of her third year at NYADA, but she’s not slowing down for the summer; instead, she’s going to audition for Spring Awakening, the Manhattan Reperatory Theatre’s summer show.
Last but not least, SAM just wrapped up his first and final year as the Assistant Coach to McKinley’s football team, as McKinley will transition to an arts school in the fall. Sam’s not sure where he’ll be headed, but he has been thinking a lot about college lately...
