I'm on fire! Ha! Here's another past @gleedrabbleblog prompt that happened back over the holidays.

Prompt - Sweater

“Ready!” Blaine piped up happily.

Kurt was still pulling at what he was wearing. 

This is what he gets when he lets Blaine make wardrobe choices for them both.

Blaine grabbed his guitar case and walked over to kiss Kurt’s cheek.

“You look fantastic.  The kids at the hospital will love you.” he said

“I’m wearing an Ugly Christmas Sweater, Blaine.” Kurt said as he fiddled with the offending garment again.

“I know it’s not your ensemble of choice,” Blaine began.

“As much as it hurts my eyes, it’s ok.” Kurt smiles.  “Really.  Let’s go sing them some Christmas carols.”

OK here, I'm envisioning Blaine volunteering to sing to sick kids in the hospital and convincing Kurt to join him.

And you KNOW Blaine is out picking very festive Ugly Christmas sweaters for them to wear because, well he loves Christmas.

And despite, it really going against all Kurt's fashion sensibilities, he'll wear one too. Because it's for the kids . .and Blaine. (He might try to hide it underneath his jacket though. . . 😂)

Fearless - for @gleedrabbleblog week 23

Rain pounded against the pavement - thunder rumbling, lightning flashing - and their laughter echoed through the deserted streets, creating music they couldn't help but dance to. The storm had caught them unaware, soaking through Mercedes' best dress, but she didn't care. In that moment - running, dancing, hand in hand with Sam Evans - everything melted away, all worries and fears disappeared. Finally under the cover of her front porch she shook, nerves returning as the rain soaked chill settled into her bones. But then Sam grinned down at her before pulling her in, smile meeting smile, and she felt fearless once more.

Recording - @gleedrabbleblog

Kurt and Blaine loved the challenge of “Who’s afraid of Virginia Woolf”, and their first Broadway success together. It was exhausting to perform, and most nights they just wanted to crash into bed afterwards.

They were thrilled though to have a growing number of fan girls and fanboys, waiting at the stage door every evening. All they wanted was a quick chat, a signed playbill, photos for social media. It could take an hour.

There were even recordings of the fans with the couple, and how they enjoyed laughing at everyone’s reactions when those items were posted the next day.

For the @gleedrabbleblog week 16 prompt: recording (rated teen) --- “Babe?” 

Kurt scrambles in bed to appear like he’s not doing what he’s doing. “You’re home early!” It’s breathless, and he fumbles to silence his phone.

“You okay?” 

“Yeah. Uhm. Hi.”

Blaine grins, seeing Kurt blush and the state he’s in. “Hi, to you, too. Exactly what were you up to?” 

“Nothing! I was just—”

“Mhmm. I see. And would this ‘nothing’ have anything to do with that ‘Diva’ video you found of me last night?”

“No!”

“Lucky me that I came home early. We can finish that if you want.”

“Oh, god. That outfit…”

“I know.” He kisses him.

Here is my drabble for this week's @gleedrabbleblog prompt word, "recording," and bonus word, "gloves."

Kurt walked briskly down the sidewalk, scarf flowing, coffee in hand. Suddenly, his phone chimed. Kurt pulled it from his pocket. A message from Blaine.

Tugging off his gloves, Kurt unlocked pressed play on the recording he’d been sent.

Their son, dressed in red flannel pajamas, appeared. He waved. “Hi, Papa! Miss you wots!”

Then Blaine materialized. “We just wanted to say we love you. Hope you’re having a good day!”

They blew kisses, and then the video ended.

Now, despite the brisk breeze, Kurt was convinced that the love in his heart was making his winter coat rather superfluous.

Glee Drabble Prompt #1: Harvest

100 words is SO not enough words, yall...

"You aren't even a little bit sad about what you do?" Blaine asks. He's looking at Kurt, with his eyes.

It makes Kurt squirm.

The fact that anything can make Kurt squirm is embarrassing. A God of Death shouldn't be squirmy. Especially over Blaine, God of Love.

"No," Kurt answers. "They're done with this part. They've grown as much as they can. I collect them, carry them into...the next part." That 'next part' wasn't his job. "It would be like letting a garden wither, without anyone to harvest it. It would be wasteful. How is that sad?"

Blaine smiles. Kurt squirms.

This is my interpretation of the @gleedrabbleblog prompt "active" as one of the bonus words.

When she loses touch with herself, Brittany finds that lethargy takes over the tiny, bouncy sun that flicked the switches and pushed the buttons in her head. Instead of shining almost flippantly bright and doing cartwheels on the control panel, the nearly burnt up sun has to force itself to roll towards the buttons so Brittany is at least able to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the peanut butter and jelly.

That is, until on the bottom left of her laptop screen a notification pops up saying YaBitchSnixx: active, and her head starts to light up again.
